A designated event contact, an agreed operating area, truck and trailer access, and venue requirements or approvals.

Space & access
Share photos or a site plan of your proposed location. We’ll confirm the setup footprint and access before booking.
Power & sound
Tell us about available power and any venue sound restrictions. We’ll agree on requirements as part of your proposal.
Schedule & weather
Share event hours, setup access and whether the event is indoors or outdoors. We’ll coordinate the schedule and discuss weather arrangements.
Riders & spectators
We’ll review participant requirements, waiver arrangements and space for the spectator and waiting areas.

Sunday calls returned Monday. Riding sessions and events are by appointment.
