I voluntarily choose to participate, agree to follow all instructions and safety requirements, and accept the risks associated with participation. I certify that the information I provide is accurate and that I am physically able to participate. I understand that this waiver language should be reviewed and approved by One Wheel Nation LLC's attorney and insurance carrier before public use.
