Cancellation Policy

PRIVATE SESSIONS ONLY PAYMENT: Pay in full online. No pay-in-person option. Book at least 7 days ahead; shorter-notice requests need approval before confirmation. 7+ DAYS’ NOTICE (168 hours): Cancel for a refund minus $25 per booking, including processing costs. No extra processing deduction. Or request one free date change, subject to availability in the same season. LESS THAN 7 DAYS: No refunds or rescheduling. We may offer a one-time emergency credit at our discretion. No-shows receive no refund or credit. IF WE CANCEL: For unsafe weather, equipment issues or other cancellations by One Wheel Nation LLC, choose a full refund or rescheduling. CANCEL OR CHANGE: Email onewheelnationllc@gmail.com.
